Starcraft II – Immortal and Stalker

Dragoon which was a major military unit appeared in the game of Starcraft II was announced that it will not show up in the game of Starcraft II. However, this balanced unit will be reborn and re-equipped with new abilities under the names of Immortal and Stalker.

Immortal, said to be the bright side of Dragoon, is defined as a heavy damage taker or shield. It has higher health and Psi shields than original Dragoon. The heavily armed and shielded immortals are very effective against heavy attackers, like Terran Siege Tanks so that they can provide additional protestation to legions of zealots by eliminating enemy artillery and ranged attackers, buying the zealots some time to approach their targets and complete their close-ranged assault of destruction. On the other hand, immortals are not efficient attackers because of their limited firepower. That is to say, immortals are elite defenders but not good damage inflectors
.

Stalker, the dark replacement of Dragoon, was promoted from the dark templar. Swift and deadly, stalkers have been credited for many fantastic powers. Although stalkers can not cloak like the dark templar, they have the ability which allows them to instantly teleport from one spot to another. This ability enables stalkers to strike from unexpected quarters, to catch a fleeing foe or to escape from an unfavorable battlefield. Stealthy attackers will execute their duties under high pressure from them – Stalker.
